Prayer request

Fellow friends and fighters, this post is not about me. I received a call yesterday about a good friend and ex-coworker of mine. He had a stroke on January 19th while skiing.

If you could, please add Jake Baldwin to your prayer list. If you have time drop by his blog started by his family, let them know the Power of Prayer works.

Kevin & Brenda: Just read your blog. Keep up the positive living. I have never met neither of you but read about your blogspot through Jake Baldwin's blogspot. Just a note to let you know I am going to keep up with your progress and blogspot. God is GREAT! Prayers are answered. My niece Jessica married Jake Baldwin. You and your wife Brenda are in mine and my husband's prayers. LiveStrong & Take Care! Hope to meet you both.

Kevin,
I'm sorry to hear about your cancer! I'm very glad that you told me as well, so I can pray for you too. If there is anything that I can do please let me know. Your a tough guy and if your anything like Jake about being stubborn you will beat this thing. Both of you are in God's hands, only he can predict the outcome. I have seen miracles and so have you. We know the Lord does wonderful things! I have everyone praying for you! Prayer goes such along way. I'm sure Jake will be saddened by your bad news but happy that I got in touch with you. Thank you for what you have done on your website! Please Keep In Touch!

Hey it's Michelle, your neice...Do you remember when mom was married to David? Jake is his nephew! I wasn't sure if you knew that...but I wanted to let you know!!

I've been keeping up with your progress on your blog. It's just hard to leave comments as I am still dealing with the loss of my father-in-law to colon cancer. You both have a lot in common! I check on you everyday and just wanted to let you know that we love you and pray for you and Brenda all the time! Keep on spreading your testimony to everyone one...it's so amazing how God uses what we go through to bring non-believers to him! Pray for one of my physical therapists...he is Catholic! The owner that built the company, built it for the sole purpose of helping others yet also to use it as a ministry to bring others to the Lord. Brian, the Catholic, has been offened many times by patients talking and pushing him into believing. I'm struggling to find the right words to say, yet not to turn him off. I talk more about our church and the work that our church does so that he knows how excited I am about what all the Lord's doing for our community, so please pray that I would be able to say something to help him!

We love you guys!!
